Ripple Effect Group is an artist management collective comprising three of Australia's leading artist management businesses.

Led by founders Greg Carey (Grow Yourself Up), Adrian McGruther (su:ku:ya) and Claire Collins (Bossy Music) the collective will allow the sharing of resources, information, networks and staff to help bolster artists’ businesses as we look to establish quality, long term, international careers.

The first entertainment management group of its kind in Australia, the group's model allows artists to maximise all opportunities and provide avenues for artists to scale in their own way, while maintaining a fiercely independent ethos.
